Cursive Typeface – Rare 1960s Vertex Typewriter – New Ribbon, Case – Made in Spain

London Typewriters are delighted to present for sale the Vertex portable typewriter with a unique cursive typeface. The model is uncommon in the sphere of typewriters.

This two tone grey typewriter was manufactured in the 1960s in Spain for the British market, as it contains a pound sterling sign.

This machine is in good working order. All the keys type smoothly and require a light touch with little effort from the typist.

The Vertex is made from plastic and has a solid base for better steadiness on a desk when in operation.

There is a new black ink ribbon installed and the typewriter is ready for action. It comes with a case which has a solid handle.

The overall condition is good. Minor signs of age and use are present. Please note that the case has been discoloured with time.

The Vertex would be ideal for graphic artists, due to its quirky typeface also, it would be ideal for typists who require a light key touch when typing.
