Fun typewriter for young typists – Working 1970s Imperial 200 Portable Typewriter – New Ribbon, Case – Made in Japan
Dear young typists!
If you are looking for your first typewriter, then this Imperial 200 is a must.
The Imperial 200 is only approximately 45 years old and built in Japan.
This petite typewriter works perfectly well and has a light key action which is very important for a novice typist as a starting point. It has a loud sound from the bell at the end of each line to let the typist know to finish the last word and move to the next line.
There is a new black ribbon installed and the typewriter is ready for immediate use. The original top case is included.
The frame is assembled from three different machines of various colours, which makes this Imperial 200 stand out from the rest of the collection.
The overall condition is good. Minor signs of age and use are present – refer to photos.
Wishing you many happy hours of typing on the Imperial 200!
