One more representative, from the reliable Olympia typewriter family, is presented for sale by London Typewriters.

This solidly built German Olympia De Luxe SM 7 (SM – Schreibmashine) works perfectly fine with a firm key action and and a strong ‘Ding’ sound from the bell at the end of each line.

The typewiter is designed to type in tables. The typist will be able to use a black/red ribbon (please let us know if you require a dual colour ribbon) and there is the in-built option to choose from three different line spacings.

The chroming of the machine is still intact. There is only a minor paint wear-off on the front panel.

This machine comes with a new black ribbon and an original dust cover.

The overall condition is good. Minor signs of wear and tear are present – please refer to photos. Please note that there is no case for this machine.

The Olympia De Luxe SM 7 is suitable for typing long projects and for typists who like a resistant key action.
