Working 1970s Royal 200 Typewriter – New Ribbon, Case – For typing in English and Swedish – Excellent Condition – Made in Japan
Keen to type in English and Swedish? Then this portable typewriter is a must.
The Royal 200 typewriter was manufactured in Japan, specifically for the Swedish market. However, as the Swedish and English key layouts are very similar, the typewriter can be used for typing in English – the first key on the left top row has both a pound sterling and US dollar symbol.
The Royal 200 is well preserved and works well. The keys are light and smooth when typing.
There is a new black ribbon installed and the typewriter comes with the original case.
The overall condition is excellent. Very minor signs of age and use are present.
The Royal 200 would be suitable for typists with or without typing skills. It would be a reliable companion if you are planning a writing retreat.
