The Smith Corona GT (Grand Tourer) works well. The comfortable keys are smooth when typing and the whole process of typing on this machine flows effortlessly. All the mechanisms work as intended.
This stunningly designed turquoise typewriter is fitted with a new black ribbon. Also comes with the original case which has a comfortable handle.
The overall condition is good. All of the keys work and the typewriter functions perfectly. Minor signs of age and use are present, particularly on the top case – please refer to photos. Please note that the ‘Smith Corona GT’ logo is missing from the top case.
The Smith Corona typewriter would be ideal for any typist regardless of typing skills. It will also make a wonderful gift due to its bright, original colour. Because of its design and aesthetics, this typewriter would take a centre stage in home decor, also for events such as exhibitions and weddings. It appeals to all generations.
