Working 1972 Adler Gabriele 35 Typewriter – New Ribbon, Case – Rare Cubic Typeface – Made in Western Germany

London Typewriter are delighted to offer for sale this fully refurbished Adler Gabriele 35 manual portable typewriter.

According to the serial number, the typewriter was manufactured in 1972, in Western Germany.

Despite its age, the machine retained all necessary functions and work fantastically well. Solid to the touch keys, slightly yellow in colour, provide an enjoyable experience when typing. All mechanisms work as expected.

The overall condition of the typewriter is very good. Original chroming of levers is still present in excellent condition. The keys type without sticking. The new black ribbon is installed and the typewriter is ready for action.

Please note that the case is broken in half and while it still will prevent dust landing on the typewriter when not in use, it is not possible to carry the typewriter with the case.

This typewriter would be suitable for typing statistical and technical reports as it has a clear and neat Cubic typeface.
