Working 1978 Olympia Monica De Luxe Typewriter – New Ribbon, Case – Made in UK

The Olympia Monica De Luxe model originated in Western Germany. However, it is surprising and rare that this particular machine was made in 1978, in the UK.

Compared to previous Olympia models, the Olympia Monica De Luxe evolved through some transformation, such as the light and extremely comfortable keys, a hard plastic body and wide lever knobs for better grip.

The Olympia Monica De Luxe works well. A new black ribbon is installed and the typist can start typing straight after the machine is delivered. It comes with its original case.

The body of the machine is made from strong plastic.

Overall condition is good. The Olympia Monica De Luxe operates well. Minor signs of age and use are present – please refer to photos.
