Working Wilding TW200 manual portable typewriter in London (U.K.).
The typewriter was manufactured in the late 1970s.
Despite such age, this original mustard yellow machine works very well! The comfortable keys are responsive and light making typing on it effortless and enjoyable. The backspace, carriage return lever, the bell, the shift keys, carriage lock, margin setters, ribbon colour switch, the carriage release lever, the paper guide and the paper release lever all work as intended. This Japanese made typewriter is fitted with a new black ribbon so it is ready for immediate use.
Also comes with the case which has a comfortable handle.
The overall condition is very good. The keys type well and do not stick. Minor signs and age of use are present.
The Wilding TW200 would be ideal for a traveller as it is small in size and light in weight. The typewriter could be a starting point for a typewriter novice.
