Despite being of such old age, the machine still functions exquisitely! Light responsive keys are designed for fast touch typing, producing a clear print impression. The keys are in metal rims are protected by a cover to prevent from wearing off. The backspace, carriage return lever, the bell, the shift keys, margin setters, ribbon colour swich, the carriage release lever, the paper guide and the paper release have incredibly good action. This American made typewriter is fitted with a new black ribbon so you can type as soon as you get it, without any hassle. Also comes with the original case which has a comfortable carry handle.
