Working 1970s Olivetti Lettera 25 Manual Typewriter – New Ribbon, No Case – Made in Mexico

The Olivetti Lettera 25 typewriter (Olivetti is an Italian typewriter manufacturer) was made during the 1970s, in Mexico, after Olivetti moved its manufacturing to the South American continent.

The Italian Olivetti typewriter manufacturer is world well known for its designs, but at the same time keeping the original mechanical features traditional and consistent.

Olivetti Lettera 25 is one of their classic typewriters which retains similar features to the rest of the Olivetti range such as light touch keys followed by a smooth key action onto paper.

This machine is in very good working order, with all the keys and mechanisms reliably functioning as intended.

It comes with a newly fitted black ribbon. Unfortunately, there is no original carry bag for this typewriter.

The overall condition is very good. Insignificant signs of age and use are present.

The Olivetti Lettera 25 would suit typists at the beginning of their typing career. It would also suit typists who suffer from stiffness of the hands therefore, requiring a light key action.
